CORE Functional Wellness
We are located in the North Coast Business Park a half mile east of the I-5 on Encinitas Blvd. When you enter the business park from Encinitas Blvd, you will see San Dieguito Escrow on your right. Drive straight up to the island directly ahead. Turn right at the island and then drive PAST building #543 on your left. Turn left immediately AFTER building #543. (Building #511 will be in front of you). Core Functional Wellness is located on the left in building number 543 Suite 114. (Directly across from the preschool playground). You can park anywhere near the playground. NOTE: A business similarly named "Core Wellness Center" is now located next door to us. Your appointment is with CORE FUNCTIONAL WELLNESS in Suite 114.
